Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How long is the grooming session?

Ans: Basic grooming session will take about 1 - 2hrs. Full grooming session will take about 1.5 - 3 hrs.

Q2. Why is the grooming hours so long?

Ans: The duration of the grooming session is determined by many reasons. For example, your furkid might have a lot of tangles or matts and therefore more time is needed to demat/detangle them, or your furkid might be super naughty during grooming, and etc. We will inform you once the grooming is done.

Q3. Will you hit my furkid if he/she is naughty?

Ans: Definitely not! We strongly believe that grooming should be carried out humanely and absolutely cruelty-free.

Q4. Can I stay and view the grooming process?

Ans: We have a viewing glass panel to the grooming area. However, we recommend that you stay for 10-15mins and return to fetch your furkid after the grooming session. This is because your presence might distract your furkid and thus making the session difficult. If you must stay throughout the session, you may rest at the reception area while waiting for your furkid.

Q5. Do you cage dry or hand dry my furkid?

Ans: We will only hand dry your furkid.

The Three Musketeers: Radar, Rascal & JD

Radar was thrilled to see JD and Rascal in the studio (well, especially Rascal). Their favourite activity together is to have a pee-pee competition. See how naughty the 3 of them were, peeing into poor Happy's playpen.
